Every quote is based on the route, vehicle, and dates you give us. The price can change if those details change or if a pickup or delivery spot is hard for a truck to reach. Your booking is set once you approve the quote and we schedule a carrier.
You pay by card when you approve the quote, unless we agree to something else in writing. The price we confirm is the full price for standard door to door transport.
You can cancel or change a booking at no charge before a carrier is assigned. Once a carrier is dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply. Tell us as early as you can and we will work with you.
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, traffic, and road rules can move them by a day or two. We keep you posted the whole way.
The driver checks your vehicle at pickup and again at delivery, and you both sign a report called the Bill of Lading. Please be there, or send someone you trust, for both. Look the report over before you sign it.
Please empty your vehicle before pickup. In some cases we can allow a small amount of personal items, but we are not responsible for them, and extra weight can affect the move.
Your vehicle is covered by carrier insurance while it is in transport. Any damage has to be noted on the delivery report and reported to us right away. We are not responsible for normal wear, existing mechanical issues, or items left inside the vehicle.
We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by things outside our control, such as weather, accidents, breakdowns, or acts of nature.
These terms follow the laws of the State of New York.
